Jennifer, with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, has focused on research and recruitment in the beverage industry since 2019. This includes sourcing candidates by reviewing their backgrounds, screening them, and matching them to positions assigned.
Jennifer's deep industry knowledge allows her to understand the competencies needed for the positions they're hiring for and aligning them with client objectives. Her goal is to connect clients with difference making, impactful individuals who can contribute significantly to their teams.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a Minor in Communication & Marketing from the University of Maryland, earned through the United States Air Force. Her dedication and extensive experience make her a valuable asset in her field.
